At Rotorua Distilling, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below to assist you with any return or exchange.
1. Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Opened or used products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product.
- Receipt: Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process any return or exchange.
2. Refund Process
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Non-refundable Items: Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, a restocking fee equivalent to the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.
4. Return Shipping
- Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.
- Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return. Rotorua Distilling is not responsible for items lost in return shipping.
