Shipping Regions

We currently ship orders within New Zealand only.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are variable and based on the weight of your order.

Delivery Timeframes

• Orders are processed within 3 business days.
• Expected delivery times:
  • Same Island: Generally overnight.
  • Inter-Island: Typically 2 business days.

Shipping Providers

We use NZ Post and Post Haste for all shipments. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Order Handling

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Orders can be modified or canceled until they have been shipped.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your shipment is damaged, please provide proof of damage, and we will replace the item. Rotorua Distilling will handle all claims with the courier.

Signature on Delivery

To ensure secure delivery, a signature is required upon receipt of all orders.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.
